1. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before the event: If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the event date, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 14-30 days before the event: If you cancel your reservation between 14 and 30 days before the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total rental cost.
- Less than 14 days before the event: If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before the event date, no refund will be issued.
2. Modification Policy
- Date Changes: If you need to change the date of your reservation, please contact us at least 14 days before the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. No additional fees will be charged for the first date change. Subsequent changes may incur a 10% administrative fee.
- Equipment Changes: If you need to change the equipment you have rented, please contact us at least 14 days before the event. We will accommodate your request based on availability. Any difference in rental cost will be charged or refunded accordingly.
3. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a refund as deemed appropriate.
4. Refund Process
