Can I extend the rental time for the equipment?
Yes, you can extend the rental time for any of our equipment. The additional hours are charged at £30 per hour. Please let us know in advance if you need to extend the rental duration so we can make the necessary arrangements.
What is included with the equipment rental?
All our equipment rentals come with a professional attendant who will operate the machines and serve your guests. This ensures that you can focus on enjoying your event while we take care of the setup, operation, and cleanup.
Is the deposit refundable if I need to cancel my booking?
No, the deposit is non-refundable. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This helps us manage our inventory and schedule effectively. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.
